Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with either priority or first class mail shipping. Parcels weighing less than 16 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail (3-5 transit days once order is fulfilled), and all parcels 16 ounce or more will be shipped via Priority Mail (1-2 transit days once order is fulfilled). Priority Mail Express (overnight) is available upon request and appropriate fees will be charged. Please contact the owner via email or instagram direct message to discuss shipping options (instagram DM will be fastest response @continuumvnitage).

Continuum Vintage packs orders every Monday and Thursday unless a shipping delay is communicated. If you are hoping to receive your order as soon as possible, please reach out to the owner via email or DM to request shipping priority.

A flat rate charge of $7.75 plus $0.25 per item is applied to every order. If local to the Seattle/Tacoma area and would like to pick your order up in person at the owner’s home residence in Tacoma free of charge, you are able to do so. Please choose “PICK UP” in shipping options during check out. You will need to bypass the Apple Pay payment option and choose to input your credentials to have access to shipping options. You will receive instructions for pick up once the order is placed.

The majority of orders are thoughtfully packaged using plastic-free or compostable packaging. As an added effort toward sustainability, packing slips are not included, and boxes and packing materials are reused when possible.

Continuum Vintage is not responsible for delivery issues, or any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once the order is fulfilled. You can submit a missing mail claim with USPS to locate a missing parcel. Alternatively, you can submit a claim request for reimbursement for lost and damaged parcels. Parcels sent via USPS Priority Mail are automatically insured up to $100 by USPS.

Returns.

In order to sustain selling vintage and secondhand items online, all sales are final. No exceptions. Vintage and secondhand items may have minor flaws that are consistent with their age and history.
